However, if you are dissatisfied or unhappy with your experience with Praktijk Lastage, we will strive to rectify any mistakes as soon as possible. If you are a current patient and your complaint pertains to your medical treatment, we recommend that you discuss it during a consultation with your psychiatrist for immediate feedback. In the event that you are unable to reach an agreement with the psychiatrist, and you require a comprehensive assessment and judgment from an independent assessor about your situation, we are here to assist you.

As a member of the Dutch Association for Psychiatry (Nederlandse Vereniging voor Psychiatrie), we provide a reliable avenue for discussing your complaints with an independent complaints officer.
